Cheeky Nibble uses the shipping carriers Evri
We aim to delivery within 2-5 workings days and will do our best to achieve this, but cannot accept liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale. Furthermore, we cannot take responsibility for delays by Royal Mail and DHL which are outside of our control.
Once the customer has placed an order with Cheeky Nibble it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are in for these deliveries or that they update their delivery options through the tracking link Cheeky Nibble will provide via email once the order has shipped or through the additional tracking provided directly from the couriers. With DHL delivery details can be updated to send the package to a DHL access point, safe place or neighbour if the customer is not going to be at the specified delivery address on the date of delivery. With Royal Mail you have the option to collect from a Post Office/Delivery Office, have it delivered to a neighbour or schedule a redelivery.
Cheeky Nibble will not be held responsible for any parcels that are not collected in time due to the receiver not having updated their delivery options through the online tracking or not having collected their parcel in time from the DHL access point or Royal Mail Post Office/Delivery Office.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to missed collections or no one being available for the delivery attempts, Cheeky Nibble incurs an extra returns cost from DHL. If a redelivery is requested this will be at the customers expense.
Cheeky Nibble will also not be held responsible for incorrect email addresses provided at checkout, resulting in the tracking email for the order being sent to the wrong email address. A redelivery will be at the customers expense.

Missing items or undelivered items: As Royal Mail and DHL require 10 days post delivery of an order to investigate any loss or damage during transit, we require customers to let us know of any issues with their delivery within this timeframe, otherwise Cheeky Nibble will not hold responsibility for any damages or loss in relation to the delivery of the customers order.
For missing items within an order, a photo of the delivery as it arrived to you will be required, along with a photo of the shipping label. If this cannot be supplied you may be required to sign a missing items declaration to allow us to raise an investigation with the courier involved.
